Our entire facility is available for rental for parties, meetings, receptions, and public gatherings.

Kitchen facilities are available on both the upper and lower levels.

6-foot, 8-foot, and card tables are available on both the upper and lower levels. Folding chairs are available on upper level. Stackable chairs are available on the lower level.

***Rooms WILL NOT be guaranteed until a rental contract is filled out with the rental fee and deposit paid.  

***Rentals must be approved by the JMPS Board of Directors.

***We cannot make special exceptions to rental fees.

***All rentals must be scheduled through the office (701-774-3601) to be approved by the Board of Directors.

Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm, Friday 12-5pm.

We love sharing the James building with our community! The Preservation Society saved it for that reason!

We do ask that you respect her, as she is old, and in fact on the National Register of Historic Places. The JMPS Board of Directors and many other volunteers have worked tirelessly for 30 years to maintain and restore the building for future generations, and we ask that you do your part when using the space for your enjoyment.
