We cannot make special exceptions to rental fees.
6-foot tables and card tables are available on both the upper and lower levels. Folding chairs are available on upper level. Stackable chairs are available on the lower level.
There is a $20 additional fee for use of table linens.

We love sharing the James building with our community! The Preservation Society saved it for that reason!
We do ask that you respect her, as she is old, and in fact on the National Register of Historic Places. The JMPS Board of Directors and many other volunteers have worked tirelessly (& continue to do so) for over 30 years to maintain and restore the building for future generations,
and we ask that you do your part when using the space for your enjoyment. Thank you!
