Entertainment, Inc! is a non-profit arts organization which was founded in 1981. It is governed by a board of directors who establish policy and are responsible for successfully fulfilling the purpose of the organization which is to provide artistic entertainment, programs, and services and to provide an educational outlet for individuals and groups within the community. operating out of the Old Armory in Williston, North Dakota, The organization functions primarily as a community theatre and strives to provide high quality entertainment to Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana. you can learn more about this organization by visiting their website.

Williston Area Visual Artists (WAVA)

WAVA meets every third Wednesday of the month at 7 pm at the James Memorial Art Center in the classroom (use handicap door on north side).  No experience is needed, just a passion for the creative process!  You can find out more by visiting them on Facebook at Williston Area Visual Artists.

Dakota Prairie Quilt Guild

This group meets the second Saturday of each month September through June at 1 pm at the James Memorial Art Center.  the club’s purpose is to preserve their quilt making heritage and to further educate its members in the expertise in the art of quilting.  New members are always welcome.  For more information, find them on facebook.

 

The Williston Area Woodworkers Club

This club promotes learning and practicing all woodworking, from carpentry to wood turning to scroll-sawing (and anything in between).  The club meets on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May; each meeting includes a show-and-tell session where members can display and explain their newest projects, a brief tool tip to make woodworking easier, and, sometimes, a demonstration of a woodworking tool or technique.  For more information, please contact Tom Bloch, at 701.651.6888.
